I sat on a Honda Magna (98? maybe) and was surpirsed at how everything "fit". I'm 5'3 1/2" but have very small hands. I don't "fit" on very many bikes. By "fit" I mean sit and feel very comfortable and can reach everything without having to stretch, can grab the clutch, brake and can put my feet on the pegs without having to angle my foot around and air box, etc.
You can always have the stock seat cut down and recovered by an upholsterer if you need a lower seat.
